This is a WW2 British Army RAC Tank Crew Helmet with its original liner intact. The sweatband remains in nice condition and still retains the original size label marked 6 7/8. Under the sweatband the helmet is War Department stamped, further confirming its wartime military issue.
The helmet shows honest age, storage wear and service use consistent with genuine Second World War equipment. A strong original example of British armoured corps equipment and an excellent display piece for any WW2 militaria collection.
