Original Second World War British “Aeroplane Recognition Tests – What Is It?” Part IV booklet, published by Temple Press Ltd during WW2.
These wartime recognition booklets were produced to help RAF personnel, aircraft spotters, anti-aircraft crews, and Home Front observers identify friendly and enemy aircraft by silhouette and flight profile. A fascinating piece of original WW2 aviation training material.
Features the original illustrated cover with aircraft silhouette artwork and internal aircraft recognition test pages filled with period aviation imagery and identification exercises.
Please note: the booklet is in well-used wartime condition. The cover and rear section have become detached from the main body of the booklet, with visible wear, creasing, age-related marks, and handling wear throughout. Despite this, it remains a very displayable and collectible original wartime item with great historical character.
An excellent addition for RAF collectors, WW2 aviation enthusiasts, militaria displays, or paper ephemera collections.
Please study all photographs carefully to judge condition before purchase.
